How Support Works

Your Agility Support Experience is important to us.  We want you to spend the least amount of time getting the best solutions to any problems you might be facing.  We want you to be able to find answers to your questions quickly, and when you need to contact a human, we will be there for there; the human touch means a lot to us, too.

 

Platform Support

Agility is a platform for building and hosting websites, and that platform is supported by the folks here at Agility.  That includes the Content Manager itself, with all the various aspects of creating and managing your website, and getting things published. 

If you are an Agility customer, we will help you work with the Content Manager and its various components to get your work done.  

If you are a developer or partner accessing the Agility APIs through Agility.Web, Ecommerce, UGC, Web Hooks, or other integration points, we will also support you.

Website Support

Agility works with our Partner network to support your website.  If there is an issue with your website itself, it can sometimes be a little tricky to know whether to contact us or your Development Partner, especially when you are just getting started. 

If in doubt shoot an email to support@agilitycms.com and we will work with you to determine where the problem is, and who would be best positioned to solve it.  Oftentimes, we will work closely with our partners during this time to ensure we can put measures in place so this problem doesn't happen again, for anyone. 

That's how the Agility platform has become so great over the years!
