404 Pages return with Status 200 OK

I'm wondering if you guys have a solution for this however all URL's entered return with a 200 OK status. Is there anyway to get 404 pages to return with a proper 404. 

Essentially what's happened now is all my error handling is broken from anything in my /api/ folder because it all comes back as 200 OK.
